The Royal Osteoporosis Society entrusted us with an important mission: to create educational resources that demonstrate safe exercise techniques for individuals with osteoporosis and strength exercises to support bone health.

Brief:

One of The Royal Osteoporosis Society’s biggest challenges was instilling their users with confidence, as many people do not realise that it is safe to exercise and that it greatly benefits their health, strength, and overall wellbeing. The project aimed to develop a series of information videos and accompanying fact sheets to educate individuals on performing exercises safely. The brief emphasised the need for precise movements, clear, informative content, and on-brand visuals.

Solution:

Our journey began with meticulous planning of two action-packed shoot days. We assisted the Society in finding suitable ‘models’ to star in the videos, ensuring each movement was performed safely and correctly. All videos and fact sheets were on brand, using animated bookends, correct fonts, and colour palettes. Shorts were taken from the original videos to be used for social media. After creating the videos, we designed informative fact sheets using stills from the videos to illustrate specific movements, integrating visuals to enhance the learning experience. The result was a cohesive set of resources that reflected the Society’s commitment to bone health and safety, empowering users with the confidence to exercise safely.
