The Cornwall Arthritis Trust is a dedicated charity founded in 1976 to support individuals suffering from arthritis and other musculoskeletal conditions across Cornwall. Their mission is to conquer arthritis by funding world-class research, empowering sufferers, and campaigning for access to the best treatment and care. They aim to enable everyone to live their best life, despite their conditions.

Brief

The Cornwall Arthritis Trust approached us not only to develop a comprehensive suite of branding materials but also to create their brand identity from the ground up. We took the time to understand their business, culture, and vision for the future growth of the company.

Solution

We created a cohesive brand identity for the Cornwall Arthritis Trust, emphasising compassion, empowerment, and innovation. The brand values reflect their commitment to improving lives and supporting the community. Their ‘why’ focuses on conquering arthritis and enabling individuals to live their best lives through support, education, and funding for research. The Trust’s point of difference lies in its focus on local impact with global aspirations. We developed a visual identity, including a logo, colour palette, and typography that convey trust, care, and professionalism. Additionally, we provided simple brand guidelines to ensure consistent use of brand elements. We designed a PowerPoint template for presentations, pull-up banners, A5 flyers, postcards, tabletop banners, infographics, a Mailchimp newsletter template, a WordPress website, and social media assets to maintain a strong brand presence.

The branding and communication materials we developed have significantly enhanced the Cornwall Arthritis Trust’s ability to engage with stakeholders, attract donors, and raise awareness about their mission. The unified and professional brand identity has strengthened their reputation and facilitated new partnerships, enabling the Trust to make a more substantial impact in their fight against arthritis.
