We were thrilled to have the opportunity to help an organisation that has so much to offer the 35+ UK market. With a history spanning back to the 1920s, we were very proud to work with FLexercise.
Brief
We were initially approached to pitch for the delivery of the complete rebrand for Fitness League (as was). We were delighted to have won the chance to work with the team to give the brand a complete overhaul. Our work started soon after the market research phase was completed, resulting in the name you see today – FLexercise, pronounced “F • L • exercise”.
This was a journey like no other – FLexercise had been around since the 1920s; that’s a whole heap of heritage, culture, and emotions for everyone involved, so it was our job to help guide the team, and the wider teacher network, through what could be quite an emotional process.
Solution
We quickly developed a very close working relationship with the team, expertly navigating the rebrand. Starting with a completely new brand identity, we delivered all digital and printed marketing collateral – including a promotional video, two photo shoots, a website, and the creation of a clear and compelling marketing and communications plan which we helped implement.
The response was hugely encouraging with excellent results on social media. During the initial months of managing their social activity, we smashed targets on Facebook and Twitter, with Instagram not far behind.
We were commissioned for a year-long partnership which took FLexercise through our agreed marketing strategy with clear KPIs, development of new activities, and outward-facing promotional campaigns aimed at encouraging new teacher sign-ups and new member sign-ups.
